Who this covers
Krafty Apps are private tools built and used only by their owner, Omkar Mense. They are not available to the public. The only Google accounts they access are the owner's own.
What data is accessed
With the owner's consent, Claude-email uses the Gmail API to read, label and organise messages in the owner's own mailboxes, and to prepare drafts. Sending or deleting mail happens only when the owner explicitly approves it.
How it is used
- Messages are read to help the owner sort mail and to file records such as bank statements, receipts and bills into the owner's private records.
- Data is processed on the owner's own computer and stored in systems the owner controls.
What is never done
- Data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone.
- Data is not used for advertising.
- Data is not used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Krafty Apps' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Locally stored sign-in tokens are then deleted.
